No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations, would definitely recommend it. The location was stunning, at a walking distance from Water Tower.

I didn't feel like leaving, had a very good experience and will be back. All was overall clean, I liked good staff and rooms. It was located close to an underground station in Chicago.

There were great staff and location for a very very good stay at this hotel. I ate at a magnificent restaurant for dinner. Generally everything was very clean, yet the bathroom was dirty.

The staff were flawless, the hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast was above average. The beds were comfortable, rooms top-notch and magnificent. I loved the fancy view. I could park the car on site.

The hotel was well maintained, had ideal staff and location. Separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. It was nice to have free wine in the reception.

There is also grant park near this hotel. Location is great! Morning meal food was good.
